Job Description: Industrial Maintenance Technician
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, enjoy understanding how things work, and possess a willingness to learn new skills. This role involves hands-on work with machinery, including troubleshooting, repairing, and reassembling equipment as needed.
Pay: Starting pay will be between $52,000 - $60,000 per year and will be determined based on experience.

Warehouse Temp to Hire Forklift/Tugger position located in Anna, Ohio!
Schedule:
2nd shift M-F, 4:45pm- 1:15am (some O.T. Early starts and late finishes)
$20.00/hr.
520 hour hire on but could take longer than this
Key Responsibilities:
Operating forklift/Tugger through the facility. You are mainly on the tugger and plant floor but sometimes on a Forklift.
Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
Loads, unloads, transports and moves materials within the entire facility
Operate a PIV unit(tugger/forklift) in order to collect materials throughout the warehouse from assigned routes
Manually moves materials onto or from pallets, bins, boxes and shelves
Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 35-40 pounds
Other Details:
Requires a lot of lifting, walking and it is very hands on
Up to 40 pounds lifting
Once hired on pay gets bumped to 19.13/hr. plus full benefits

Schedule:
1st Shift: Mon-Thur 5:55AM-4 PM
Overtime: Must be willing to work overtime as needed (including weekends when required) OT is 5:55AM—2PM as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Working on the Assembly Line with various parts
Often lifting 3-30 lbs, awkward sizes and lengths
need to be able to lift continuously, pay attention to details
Education, Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalency is preferred but not required.
Basic reading, writing, and some advanced math skills required.
