Compensation & Schedule

Key Responsibilities

Comfortable working from ladders at heights of 30-40 feet

In this role, you will protect product integrity by identifying quality issues, developing inspection plans, and acting as the primary quality liaison for our engineering teams. This position is ideal for an experienced inspector looking to utilize advanced testing equipment, earn industry-standard certifications, and support a high-performing production environment.
Essential Functions
Quality Assurance: Identify product quality defects and lead targeted activities to support both the manufacturing and shipping departments.
Engineering Collaboration: Act as the primary quality support resource, working closely with manufacturing, process, and other specialized engineers.
Inspection Planning: Develop detailed inspection plans, create special instructions, and perform comprehensive First Article Inspections on new products.

Skills & Abilities
Experience: Minimum of 12 months of assembly experience in a similar manufacturing inspection role.
Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Certifications: Must become a certified specialist in IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and J-STD-001 upon the completion of provided training.
Health Requirement: Must take and pass an annual eye examination.
Directability: Ability to follow structured technical direction and complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor.
