Growth: Responsible for training Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders. (Mentors receive an additional 5%-10% daily rate addition for training). Technical: Engineer custom jigs from specs and build COMPLEX items. Standard: Must maintain an 85% score or above with ZERO quality issues. Tier 2: Specialist & Mentor Mentorship: Actively mentor Tier 3 builders. (Mentors receive an additional 5%-10% daily rate addition for training). Technical: Build custom jigs from specs for MODERATELY COMPLEX items. Standard: 85% score or above with ZERO quality issues. Tier 3: Core Builder Execution: Build SIMPLE items using provided jigs and Bills of Materials (BOM). Standard: Maintain an 85% score or above with zero quality defects. The 90-Day Performance Standard All new hires undergo a 90-Day Assessment Period.
