Position: Office Assistant/Accounting Clerk Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (Training will be 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri) Pay: $17.02/hr (Pay increase once hired) **Resume Required The right candidate will have:          Previous administrative experience is a plus Experience with QuickBooks is a huge plus Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office/Excel Good communication and organization skills Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience Display and high level of professionalism with both external and internal customers The Administrative Assistant will: Answer incoming calls and either assist, take messages or redirect them to the appropriate party.
