Location: Findlay, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: Some overtime and weekend work may be required
Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to join our team as a Facility Maintenance Assistant / Handyman. This position is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical mindset who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

We are looking for someone capable and motivated — not necessarily a high-level maintenance manager from a large corporation. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to grow into a long-term career while utilizing practical maintenance and repair skills in a large facility environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance (PMs) on forklifts and equipment
• Repair and maintain dock doors and dock locks
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, welding, and equipment repairs
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and facility issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Identify repairs that can be handled internally and communicate when outside vendors may be needed

Qualifications:

• Experience or training in maintenance-related fields such as:
  • Electrical
  • Welding
  • Plumbing
  • Equipment repair
  • General facility maintenance
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and be trusted in a large facility setting
