Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $21.23/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on metal components according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Complete quality welds that meet production and safety standards
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements
• Must successfully complete a weld test prior to hire
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Steel-toe boots required
