Light Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance and Electrical Controls Technician (3rd Shift) Location: Findlay, OH | Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Pay: From $38.00/hour Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly? Join our team as a Maintenance and Electrical Controls Technician and take on a critical role in maintaining and improving our production systems. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation and benefit programs that are among the industry’s best. Position: Feeder/Packer: 1st Shift Starting Wages Begin At $17/Hour Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift Benefits Start on the 1st of The Month Following Your Hire Date with the Company Current Hours: Monday – Saturday 1st Shift – 7am to 3pm / 7am to 7pm – Rotating Schedule *IMPORTANT* Non-smoking/tobacco campus. Benefits of an assignment at this facility: Manufacturing facility that is clean and climate controlled Small, team-based environment (80 employees at this location) Temp to Hire – Company’s goal is to hire dedicated, hardworking individuals for regular, full-time employment on their Team! General Feeder/Packer Responsibilities: Arrive at the machine before shift starts. Standing up to 12 hours per shift. Lifting and stacking up to 50lbs on a consistent basis. Feeding cartons into a folder gluer. Making boxes, applying labels, and taping boxes. Inspect cartons and pack them into a box. Perform quality checks for excess glue on cartons, no glue, etc. Notify the Operator/Lead of non-conforming products. Help with daily cleaning – sweeping, organizing, picking up cartons or other debris from the floor as needed and put them in the proper place.
