NOW HIRING: Sit-Down Forklift Operators
Location: Findlay Area
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM & 9:00AM-5:30PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Position Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

Operate sit-down forklifts to load and unload semi-trailers

Transport, stage, and store product in designated warehouse locations

Move materials efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety

Complete shipping and receiving documentation as required

Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues

Maintain housekeeping and adhere to food-grade facility standards

Assist with rework and physical handling of product as needed

Support overtime needs based on business demands
Requirements

Recent sit-down forklift experience required

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork

Ability to handle physical aspects of the job as needed

Reliable attendance and willingness to assist with overtime
