Looking for part-time or short-term work? Custom Staffing is currently accepting candidates for several opportunities in the Sidney, Ohio area.

These positions are a great opportunity for individuals looking to earn extra money through the holidays, supplement their income, or work a temporary schedule.

Available Positions

We are currently accepting part-time temporary candidates for:

• Assembly positions

• Bumper Bender positions

• E-Coat positions

Minimum assignment: 60 days
Maximum assignment: 120 days

Pay rates vary by position.

Part-Time Temporary Hours

Until further notice, we are accepting part-time temporary candidates for the following schedules:

• 5:55 AM – 11:00 AM — Minimum of 4 days per week

• 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM — Minimum of 4 days per week

• 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM — Minimum of 4 days per week

These temporary part-time conditions apply only to the Assembly, Bumper Bender, and E-Coat positions.

All other conditions of hire remain as contracted, including pay scale, job expectations, and other employment requirements.

Candidates may choose to work:

• Monday – Thursday

• Tuesday – Friday

• Weekends may also be available for those who volunteer to work them.

Additional Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities

Part-Time — Friday, Saturday & Sunday

• 4-hour shifts

• Shifts may fall anywhere between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM

• A set schedule must be confirmed before the interview and start date.

Part-Time — Saturday & Sunday

• 5:55 AM – 4:00 PM

• Full shifts on Saturday and Sunday

Full-Time Weekend Schedule

Choose one of the following:

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Hours are 5:55 AM – 4:00 PM.

What You'll Be Doing

Candidates for these positions will float between four heavy assembly departments, helping fill in across different roles as needed.

The work may include:

• Heavy lifting

• Using hand tools

• Working in multiple assembly areas

• Following safety and production procedures

• Working as part of a team

• Helping support different departments and roles as needed
