Location: Sidney, Ohio
Pay Rate: $19.00–$22.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift 7a-3:45p

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Tube Bender / Set-Up Operator to join our manufacturing team in Sidney, Ohio! This is a great opportunity for someone with fabrication or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and working with precision equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with shop equipment, measuring tools, and metal fabrication. CNC programming experience is a plus but is not required upon hire.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate manual and CNC tube bending machines.
• Follow established quality procedures and complete required documentation.
• Inspect finished parts using a variety of precision measuring tools.
• Operate fabrication shop equipment, including saws, deburring tools, drill presses, and tube benders.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Accurately measure and verify dimensions throughout the production process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately use measuring equipment, including:
  • 6-inch scale and tape measure
  • Dial calipers
  • Angle protractor
  • Height gauge
  • Measuring arm
• Good hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• General understanding of metal forming principles, including compression, elongation, and springback.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn CNC programming as needed.
