Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Important Scheduling Information:

• Mandatory overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

• This position will eventually transition to a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Candidates must be flexible and willing to accommodate this future schedule change.

Key Responsibilities

• Bag polyester-based insulation rolls, stack pads, and strap pallets

• Verify packaging accuracy using Job and Process Control Sheets

• Assemble boxes and locate finished products

• Maintain a clean and organized packaging area

• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

• Work mandatory overtime and weekends as required to meet production demands

Requirements

• Basic math and counting skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime, weekends, and eventually transition to a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

• Forklift certification is a plus but not required
