**Location:** Findlay, OH  
**Pay:** $20.00/hour  
**Position Type:** Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Available Shifts
- **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

**Please Note:** Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

We are seeking **experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators** to join a fast-paced, organized warehouse team in the Findlay area. This opportunity offers competitive pay, consistent weekday schedules, and the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklifts to load and unload semi-trailers
- Move, organize, and stage products throughout the warehouse
- Complete shipping and receiving manifests accurately
- Perform forklift pre-trip inspections and report equipment concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a food-grade warehouse
- Assist with product rework and manual material handling as needed
- Work overtime and weekends when required to meet operational demands

Requirements
- **Recent, verifiable stand-up forklift experience required**
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- **Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed**
