Position: Press Operator
Hours: 2:50pm - 11:10pm
Pay Rate: $18.00 +$1 shift premium
The Press Operator plays a critical role in the production process by operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Your main objective will be to ensure that the press runs efficiently, safely, and meets production standards.

The Press Operator plays a critical role in the production process by operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Your main objective will be to ensure that the press runs efficiently, safely, and meets production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and operate printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules.
- Monitoring its operation and making necessary adjustments.
- Provide hands-on maintenance support for all production equipment to minimize operational downtime.
- Inspect printed materials for defects and coordinate with quality control to address any issues.
- Execute other related production duties and tasks as directly assigned by Plant Supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: certification or formal training in press operation or related manufacturing processes.
- Equipment Experience: experience with troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues on printing equipment.
- Communication: Good written and verbal skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Safety First: A strong personal commitment to industrial safety standards and protocols.
- Documentation: Capable of reading, understanding, and properly completing required plant paperwork.
