NOW HIRING – 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Location: Fostoria, OH
Pay: $24.00+/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Sunday Night–Thursday Night | 7:55 PM–6:00 AM
Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required.

Position Overview

Custom Staffing is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Fostoria, OH. This position offers competitive pay, hands-on experience, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete necessary repairs.

• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Assist with equipment installation, fabrication, and general facility maintenance.

• Document maintenance activities and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilities.

• Basic electrical knowledge required.

• Previous maintenance or mechanical repair experience preferred.

• PLC experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

• Excellent attendance and reliability are a must.

• Ability to work scheduled hours and mandatory overtime as needed.
