NOW HIRING: Cleaning Associate

Location: Bluffton, OH

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Mandatory Saturdays may be required based on business needs.

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview:
A local employer is looking for a dependable Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean and sanitary manufacturing environment. This position focuses on keeping employee areas clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize plant restrooms and breakrooms

• Empty trash and replenish supplies

• Sweep, mop, and maintain assigned areas

• Follow all safety and cleaning procedures

• Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed

Requirements:

• Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience preferred

• Safety glasses are required while working

• Reliable attendance and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Must be able to work mandatory Saturdays as needed
