Custom Staffing continues to partner with Graphic Packaging (GPI) to provide Inspectors at their facility located in Marion, Ohio.

Hours:
  • 12-hour rotating shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Starting Wage & Pay Progression:
  • Starting wage: $17.00–$17.50 per hour
  • Temporary-to-hire: After 90 days, based on attendance and performance
  • Upon being hired in: Pay increases to $20.21/hour or $21.71/hour, depending on shift. If hired as an operator, pay increases to $24.21/hour!
  • Additional pay increases: Employees will receive another pay increase 6 months after being hired in and again after one year
