Location: Sidney, Ohio
Shift: 3rd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4–5 shifts per week
Shift Length: 12 hours
Pay: $18.00/hr.

Job Description

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our 3rd Shift Cryo team in a very fast-paced production environment. This area is responsible for freezing bread products and requires employees who can work efficiently, stay focused, and work well with others.

Job Responsibilities

• Stack bread products and prepare them for the freezing process.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet production standards.
• Form and assemble boxes.
• Fill boxes with buns and other bread products.
• Wrap boxes securely with cellophane.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.
• Be willing to learn multiple positions through cross-training.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Must work well with others and maintain a positive team attitude.
• Must be flexible and open to cross-training in different positions.
• Must understand that it can take approximately two weeks for your body to adjust to the physical demands of the job.
• For food safety and sanitation reasons, no piercings, artificial nails, or false eyelashes are permitted in this area.

This is a physically demanding position that requires stamina, teamwork, and consistency. The work can be challenging at first, but employees typically need about two weeks to adjust to the pace and physical requirements.
