Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
• Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Days: Monday – Friday
• Hiring Process: Interview required and candidate must pass a Tape Measure Test prior to placement.

?? Key Responsibilities

Pallet Builder

• Assemble heavy-duty pallets and shipping containers according to specific dimensions.
• Operate various types of industrial saws, nail guns, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Accurately read blueprints or build-sheets using a standard tape measure.

Cutter

• Measure, mark, and cut raw lumber and wood materials down to size.
• Safely operate specialized machinery, including radial arm saws and bandsaws.
• Maintain material quality control by ensuring all cuts are highly accurate.

? Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience using industrial nail guns and general building/carpentry construction.
• Technical Skill: Demonstrated experience operating radial saws and bandsaws is required for cutting duties.
• Measurement Proficiency: Excellent math and measuring skills. Must be able to read a tape measure down to the fraction and pass a pre-employment testing gate.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
• Pace: Ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
