Custom Staffing has partnered with a local Manufacturing Company to add an HR Generalist to their team in Lima, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. They are looking for someone that is reliable and detail-oriented to support their human resources functions.
Custom Staffing Benefits: Weekly pay and medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
- maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company and legal standards
- assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and HR initiatives
- Investigate and help resolve employee concerns or workplace issues
- Recruiting, Onboarding & Orientation: recruiting, interviewing, processing employees
- Communication: communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management regarding HR matters.
- Record Keeping: process and track employee benefits, PTO and other documentation.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR role preffered in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer experience: MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Communication: Good written and verbal skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
