Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a physically fit and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Urbana, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and running corrugation and press machinery, stacking heavy parts neatly onto pallets, and ensuring all produced items meet strict quality guidelines. This position offers a steady, 4-day daytime schedule and a competitive starting wage for individuals who thrive in a heavy-industrial, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Setup, monitor, and efficiently run heavy industrial corrugation and press machines.
• Material Handling: Safely stack completed parts neatly and securely onto pallets for transport.
• Quality Control: Continuously inspect production outputs to ensure all parts meet exact quality standards.
• Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation. 

Physical & Testing Requirements

• Measurement Skills: Must successfully pass a professional tape measure test prior to securing an interview.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the day.
• Stamina & Mobility: Comfortably stand on your feet for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
• Agility: Capable of performing repetitive bending, twisting, and heavy lifting tasks all day
