Custom Staffing is seeking dependable General Labor employees for a crate recycling position. The primary responsibility will be recycling crates. When crate recycling work is not available, employees will assist with product assembly and packaging duties.

Custom Staffing is seeking dependable General Labor employees for a crate recycling position. The primary responsibility will be recycling crates. When crate recycling work is not available, employees will assist with product assembly and packaging duties.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recycle crates safely and efficiently.
- Assemble various products using foam, lumber, and/or corrugated materials according to print sheets.
- Safely and responsibly operate tools required for assembly, which may include knives, saws, staplers, nail guns, heat guns, glue guns, wrapping carousels, and banding tools.
- Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
- Verify proper quantities, packaging, and labeling.
- Record production weights.
- Store finished goods in assigned locations.
- Notify supervisors when production materials are needed and assist with retrieving materials as directed.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Frequently lift, pull, and push materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel, and stoop.
- Must have full range of motion necessary to perform the job.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Hand and power tool experience is preferred..
