Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Manufacturing Company to add a General Laborer to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity .

Position: General Laborer
Pay: $17/hr
Shift: 1st
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (overtime as needed)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will be responsible for Laser unloading, cleaning and prepping parts, assembly, etc.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In:

- Operating a weld cleaner
- Cleaning parts and unloading materials from lasers
- Performing assembly tasks
