Fabricator

Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Manufacturing Company to add a Fabricator to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Position: Fabricator
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay: Starting at $24+/hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Direct Hire Opportunity

Requirements:

• AWS D1.1 Certified - MANDATORY
• Must be able to perform own setups
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine exact fabrication specifications
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects
• Clean, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance on tools and manufacturing machinery
• Weld, solder, or fasten cut components together
