CNC Laser Operator
Location: Sidney, OH
Shift: 3rd shift; S-W 7:55PM-6AM
Overtime: Thur - Sat 9:55PM-6AM with OT on the weekends.
Schedule Flexibility: This area has been frequently working up to 7 day work weeks so the ability to work overtime is a must
Responsibilities:
CNC Laser Operator
Location: Sidney, OH

Responsibilities:
- Operate, start up, and shut down CNC fiber laser equipment
- Select proper nozzles and machine settings for materials being processed
- Load programs and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance
- Perform quality checks and complete required documentation
- Follow work instructions, schedules, and production routers
- Communicate machine and quality issues to maintenance and quality teams
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
- Basic reading, writing, and advanced math skills
- Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery
- Experience measuring, cutting, and working with precision
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively and 50 lbs. with assistance
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, oils, chemicals, and varying temperatures
- Proper PPE required, including eye, ear, and foot protection
- Must maintain focus on quality, productivity, and safety goals
