Location: Sidney, Ohio
Pay: $18.80 per hour
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 7:55 PM–6:00 AM
Overtime: Thursday–Saturday, 9:55 PM–6:00 AM as needed
 
Custom Staffing is hiring dependable employees for a 3rd Shift Heavy Assembly position in Sidney, Ohio. This role involves repetitive assembly work, frequent lifting, and the use of hand tools.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks according to production requirements.
  • Use a variety of hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Frequently lift and handle materials weighing approximately 3–30 lbs.
  • Handle materials that may be awkward in size, shape, or length.
  • Follow established safety and production procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift materials weighing 3–30 lbs.
  • Ability to handle awkward sizes and lengths.
  • Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Regularly use hand tools.
  • Ability to remain on your feet and perform physical production work for extended periods.
This area has been frequently working 6–7 day workweeks, so candidates must be prepared and willing to work extended schedules and overtime when required.
