Position Overview:
As a General Laborer in the Paper Building you will play a vital role in the daily operations primarily focused on sorting various types of non-metallic materials. This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift, bend, and stand consistently throughout the shift.
Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in the elements year-round, as at times, the job takes place in an open outdoor environment. Rain, heat, and cold are part of the job, and we’re looking for individuals who can handle it with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement and long-term employment for the right candidate.

Job Details:
- Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, some Saturdays)
- Hours: 6:00AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime and weekends as needed) - Hours subject to Change
- Starting Pay: $15/hour
