Grinder Worker
Location: Russia, OH
Shift: 2nd Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Pay: $23.00/hour
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Grinder Worker
Location: Russia, OH
Shift: 2nd Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Pay: $23.00/hour
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Operate grinding machines to finish and smooth metal castings
- Inspect castings for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of grinding equipment
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality required
- $.50 increase every 4 weeks after hire into FMC (top pay rate varies by position)
- Weekly production bonus
- Holiday pay (8 paid holidays per year)
