Custom Staffing is Hiring for a Double Backer Machine Operator position.
Location: Wapakoneta, OH
Shift: 3rd Shift, 10pm - 6am- with training on 1st shift.
Pay: $15.75/hour
This position will be responsible for all activities associated with running a double-backer machine that includes setup, operation, cleanup and other duties.

This position will be responsible for all activities associated with running a double-backer machine that includes setup, operation, cleanup and other duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up guides and various stations
- Assisting the Corrugator Operator
- Setting up machines
- Making adjustments during runs for tension, alignment, adhesion and warp control.
- Quality Control checks
- Other tasks as assigned
- High School Diploma / GED
- Able to do basic math and read a tape measure
- Follow instructions
