1st Shift Union Utility Worker

Location: Tipp City, Ohio
Pay: $17.82/ hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with some Saturdays (until caught up)
Normal Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Custom Staffing is hiring a dependable Union Utility Worker for a position in Tipp City, Ohio. This is a Union position for someone with a strong work ethic who is looking for long-term employment and has a history of job longevity.

Job Duties

• Package various materials.
• Fill 5-gallon and 55-gallon containers, drums, and pails.
• Palletize finished materials.
• Secure skids for transportation.
• Visually inspect articles to ensure they meet proper specifications.
• Attach labels as required.
• Carton and properly identify packages or containers.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned when necessary.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Desire and ability to maintain long-term employment.
• Must be able to work in a Union environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Contact lenses cannot be worn.
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday and some Saturdays as required on 12 hour shifts until caught up.
