Warehouse Team Lead

NOW HIRING: Team Lead – Night Shift
Location: Findlay, OH
Pay: $23.28/hour
Schedule: Tuesday Night-Thursday Night | 5:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Overtime may be required Friday Night-Sunday Night based on business needs. Start and end times may vary.
We are seeking a motivated Team Lead to support warehouse operations and assist with employee performance, attendance, training, and daily communication between the floor and management team.
Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting new hire orientations
• Monitoring attendance, performance, and timekeeping
• Assisting with employee training and development
• Supporting coaches and operations managers with daily operations
• Addressing attendance and performance concerns
• Completing incident and accident reports
• Providing shift recap emails and operational updates
• Assisting on the warehouse floor as needed

Requirements:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 70 lbs. (team lift for heavier items)
• Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and standing
• Ability to remain on feet for 10-12 hour shifts
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
