Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Urbana, Ohio
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our production team. This position requires individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Catch parts from the production machine
• Bundle parts and stack them neatly on pallets
• Maintain accurate part counts throughout production
• Keep pace with a fast-moving production machine
• Lift and stack boxes weighing 10–40 lbs onto skids
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 10–40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during the workday
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Resume and interview required
