NOW HIRING: Team Lead – Weekend Shift
Location: Findlay, OH
Pay: $21.78/hour
Schedule: Friday-Sunday | 5:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Overtime: May include one additional day, Monday-Thursday based on business needs. Start and end times may vary based on operational demands.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position serves as a key connection between employees and management while helping maintain attendance, productivity, safety, and training standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct new hire orientations
• Monitor attendance, performance, and timekeeping records
• Assist with employee training and track equipment training progress
• Partner with coaches and operations managers to support daily operations
• Address attendance and performance concerns with employees
• Complete incident and accident documentation
• Prepare shift recap emails and daily operational updates
• Assist on the warehouse floor as needed

Requirements:

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 70 lbs.; team lift required for heavier items
• Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and standing
• Remain on your feet for 10-12 hours per shift
• Work in a facility that is not climate controlled
