Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Food Processing Production Associate to join our team in Springfield, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in our daily food production operations by maintaining the steady flow of goods on our processing lines, refilling materials, and preparing the final product for distribution. This role is an excellent fit for physical, detail-oriented individuals looking for stable, first-shift hours in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Line Support: Maintain a consistent and efficient flow of food products along the production lines.
• Inventory Replenishment: Monitor product levels and proactively refill assembly components or ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
• Distribution Prep: Organize, label, and safely prepare finished food items for efficient distribution and shipping.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other production staff to meet daily output and safety goals. 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift consistently throughout an entire 8-hour shift.
• Background Check: All candidates must be able to successfully pass a standard pre-employment background check.
• Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work mandatory overtime hours depending on production demands.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual habits, and dependable transportation to the Springfield facility.
