We are looking for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical aptitude, PLC programming experience, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. In this role, you will help keep production equipment running efficiently by maintaining, repairing, and reassembling manufacturing machinery.
Pay: $52,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; overtime and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, disassemble, and reassemble manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Program PLCs and assist with machinery changeovers to support production needs
- Operate machining tools, hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and forklift equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and a clean, organized work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a curious, solution-oriented mindset
- PLC programming experience required; AutoCAD familiarity preferred
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and power tools while working within tight tolerances
- Electrical experience and forklift experience preferred
