Production Associate

Custom Staffing has partnered with a local Manufacturing Company to add Production Associates to their team in Bluffton, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Position: Assembly/Machine Operating/Manufacturing
Hours: 10:50pm - 7:10am
Pay Rate: $18.00 + $1.00 shift bonus. 

Key Responsibilities

• Standard Operating Procedures: Read and understand SOPs
• Production Processes: Efficient operation of production processes in accordance with established manufacturing and operation standards.
• Equipment Support: Provide hands-on maintenance support for all production equipment to minimize operational downtime.
• Quality & Safety Checks: Perform quality checks on products being manufactured. 
• Plant Support: Execute other related production duties and tasks as directly assigned by Plant Supervision. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One or more years of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Team Environment: demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Communication: Good written and verbal skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Safety First: A strong personal commitment to industrial safety standards and protocols.
• Documentation: Capable of reading, understanding, and properly completing required plant paperwork.
