Key Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled PMs on warehouse machinery, including greasing machines and watering forklift batteries.
- Mechanical Repairs: Diagnose, repair, and replace mechanical components such as bearings, belts, augers, and conveyor chains.
- Systems Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues across automated warehouse systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Handle general building and equipment upkeep to support a safe, productive warehouse environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience working with PLCs, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, augers, and bearings is required.
- Component Replacement: Proven ability to change out bearings, belts, and conveyor chains efficiently.
- Electrical Experience: Prior experience with industrial electrical systems is a strong plus.
- Welding Skills: Experience with welding and metal fabrication is a plus.
