Location: Findlay, OH
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (Higher pay available for qualified candidates)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations and equipment upkeep. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and taking ownership of a wide variety of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on forklifts and facility equipment
• Repair and maintain dock doors and dock locks
• Complete general building maintenance and repairs
• Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, welding, and mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine effective solutions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Experience or training in electrical, welding, plumbing, equipment repair, or general maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a large industrial environment
