This position starts at a reliable base hourly rate of $17.00 per hour. Once you are fully hired and trained, the compensation transitions into a piecework pay structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your earning potential based on your individual output and assembly speed.

- Workplace Tidiness: Keep your immediate workspace clean and free of excess debris.
Skills & Qualifications
- Coordination: Good hand/eye coordination is important for handling and assembling material efficiently.
- Focus: Must be willing and able to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Motivation: Must be self-motivated to maintain productivity without constant supervision.
- Education: No high school diploma or GED is required.
