NOW HIRING: Cleaning Associate

Location: Bluffton, OH

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday | 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Mandatory weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Starting Pay: $14.00/hour

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview:
A local employer is seeking a dependable Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean offices, common areas, and office restrooms

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas

• Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies

• Follow established cleaning and safety procedures

• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management

Requirements:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred

• Safety glasses are required while working

• Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and stay on task

• Must be able to work mandatory weekends as needed
