NOW HIRING: Warehouse Associate
Location: Findlay, OH
Pay: $18.25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:15 AM - 4:45 PM
Overtime: May include one additional day Friday-Sunday based on business needs. Start and end times may vary based on operational demands.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Associates will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, handling product safely, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trailers by hand
• Stack and organize product on pallets
• Inspect product for damage and report issues
• Utilize power equipment as assigned
• Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 70 lbs.; team lift required for heavier items
• Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and standing
• Remain on your feet for 10-12 hours per shift
• Work in a facility that is not climate controlled

Additional Information:
Power equipment training will be provided as part of this role.
