Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Schedule Note: This position requires flexibility to cover call-offs and operational needs. Hours may vary as needed.
Hours: Minimum of 37.5 hours per week

This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on cleaning duties and is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems, and ensuring quality work is completed every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning duties alongside the team
• Coordinate daily assignments and verify completion of tasks
• Cover call-offs, mandatory production needs, and unpaid absences as needed
• Train and support new team members
• Conduct inventory counts and order supplies
• Complete inspections and maintain required documentation
• Monitor labor hours to remain within budgeted expectations
• Address quality concerns and resolve daily operational issues
• Maintain effective communication with employees and management
• Provide coaching and support to team members as needed

Requirements:

• Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience required
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs
