Starting Pay: $15.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Schedule Note: This position requires flexibility to cover call-offs and operational needs. Hours may vary as needed.

Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced Working On-Site Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations while actively contributing to the workload. This position combines hands-on cleaning responsibilities with team leadership, training, scheduling support, and quality oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks and maintain facility cleanliness standards

• Cover call-offs, mandatory production needs, and unpaid absences as needed

• Coordinate and direct floor technicians while verifying task completion

• Train new hires and assist with onboarding

• Conduct inventory counts and order cleaning supplies

• Complete inspections and maintain required documentation

• Monitor staffing levels to remain within budgeted hours

• Maintain quality standards and address daily operational issues

• Communicate effectively with team members and management

• Provide performance coaching as needed following full-time hire

Requirements:

• Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience required

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and schedules
