Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Mandatory during busy seasons, including Saturdays
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Job Description:

A Findlay-based manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join their 1st shift team as a Gluer. This hands-on role involves using adhesives to assemble and secure parts to premade products with precision and care. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply adhesives to attach components to finished or semi-finished products
• Inspect glued parts for accuracy and quality
• Operate and maintain gluing equipment safely and effectively
• Move finished and unfinished products across the production floor
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
