Location: Findlay, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support warehouse inventory accuracy and customer inventory management processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify inbound shipments, quantities, weights, and BOL accuracy

  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits

  • Research and correct inventory discrepancies

  • Verify lot numbers and expiration dates

  • Break down pallets to confirm quantities and weights

  • Print labels using Zebra/mobile printers

  • Conduct inventory checks and customer-requested audits

  • Communicate inventory issues with warehouse personnel and customers

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred

  • WMS experience is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to lift 55+ lbs regularly

  • Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet using a scissor lift

  • Professional communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
