HR & Operations Coordinator (Direct Hire Opportunity)

Location: Toledo Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (hours may vary)
Status: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay: Hourly, based on experience

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR & Operations Coordinator to support daily Human Resources and Operations functions. This role is responsible for attendance management, onboarding, employee support, scheduling coordination, recordkeeping, and operational administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage attendance tracking, call-offs, and point system administration
  • Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and orientation activities
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Serve as a resource for employee questions and support supervisors with policy administration
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and operational coordination
  • Maintain reports, client records, inventory, and vendor communications
  • Coordinate communication between field staff and leadership
  • Support process improvements, workflow efficiency, and company initiatives

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of HR, operations, or administrative experience
  • Experience in staffing, service, or multi-site environments preferred
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and HR compliance is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
