Custom Staffing is seeking motivated and dependable candidates for a Customer Service Representative position in a fast-paced office environment. This role supports customers, sales teams, and internal departments by handling orders, answering inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and resolving customer concerns.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with orders, billing, and product inquiries
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records
• Run sales reports and manage invoices
• Communicate professionally through phone and email
• Troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer service
• Support a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and Saturday rotation
• Food manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus
