Manufacturing General Laborer

Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Padlock Manufacturer to add an experienced Manufacturing General Laborer to their team in Prospect, OH. This is a temp to hire position with benefits after one calendar month of being hired on.  They offer a 401K with a Safe Harbor company match and are a profit share company.

Position: Manufacturing General Laborer

• Pay: $17.53/hr (Pay increase once hired)
• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 7am-3:30pm (Weekends and overtime as needed)

Responsibilities & Requirements: 

• Ability to operate all stations which manufacture padlock bodies/shackles according to the Order of Operations for each station.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand and use your hands for 8 hours
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with changeovers and set ups
• Must be able to read and follow instructions
• Must be able to use hand tools
• Must be able to measure with micrometers

• Must have strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills
