Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Padlock Manufacturer to add an experienced Manufacturing General Laborer to their team in Prospect, OH. This is a temp to hire position with benefits after one calendar month of being hired on. They offer a 401K with a Safe Harbor company match and are a profit share company.
Position: Manufacturing General Laborer
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Position: Manufacturing General Laborer
- Pay: $17.53/hr (Pay increase once hired)
- Shift: 1st
- Hours: 7am-3:30pm (Weekends and overtime as needed)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Ability to operate all stations which manufacture padlock bodies/shackles according to the Order of Operations for each station.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand and use your hands for 8 hours
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with changeovers and set ups
- Must be able to read and follow instructions
- Must be able to use hand tools
- Must be able to measure with micrometers
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
