Custom Staffing is seeking a Blanking Operator for a local client in Lima, OH. This is a 2nd shift position with the hours of 3pm to 1:30am. Monday- Friday.
The Blanking Operator is responsible for running parts produced by die tooling in a blanking press, verifying the quality of the parts being produced, and the operational aspects that correlate to the equipment used in the process as training for each activity is verified. Teamwork mindset is required.

- Execution and follow through of all production related activities in the Blanking area as assigned.
- Cleanliness and organization of work-center.
- Execute goals set forth by Team Leads and Production Management.
- Work safely and efficiently.
- Required High School Diploma
