Location: Findlay, OH
Training Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Regular Shift (After Training): 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $20.50/hour (1st Shift Training) ? $21.75/hour (2nd Shift)
Position Type: Temporary (Minimum 1 Month) with Contract-to-Hire Potential

A growing Findlay manufacturing facility is seeking dependable, hands-on individuals to join their team as Manufacturing Production Associates. This role supports multiple areas of production including assembly, machine operation, and material handling.

Important: All new hires will train on 1st shift for a couple of weeks before transitioning to a full-time 2nd shift schedule.

Note: This is currently a temporary assignment expected to last a minimum of one month. However, candidates who demonstrate strong attendance and solid job performance may be considered for long-term, contract-to-hire opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and secure components using adhesives and hand tools
  • Place and position products into machinery according to specifications
  • Operate production equipment and assist with machine processes
  • Scan and input basic production data using barcode systems
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Label and prepare products for the next stage of production
  • Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Basic computer skills
  • Mechanically inclined; comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work overtime and adapt to schedule changes
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
