NOW HIRING – Paint Department Workers

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.05/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required

We are currently seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join a busy Paint Department. This is a solid opportunity for candidates who don’t mind physical work and want a consistent schedule with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hang parts on a moving paint line
• Remove painted parts from the line
• Operate a spray gun in a paint booth
• Stack finished parts for shipping
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with good attendance
