Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Manufacturing Company to add an Assembly associate to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation and benefits programs that are among the industry’s best.

Custom Staffing Benefits: Weekly pay and medical insurance.

Position: Assembly
Hours: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday
Rate of Pay: $18.00/hr 

Job Description:

• Operate machinery and perform other functions in the assembly department to produce finished products ordered by customers.
• Operate machinery and perform the skills needed according to each machine’s operation process.
• Need to be detail oriented and safety conscious.
• Must be willing to accept guidance from peers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to ask for help when needed.
• Must be able to detect and report any issues observed.
• Will operate, oversee and unload various machines.
