2nd Shift Mobile Crane Operator

Custom Staffing is partnering with a local company to add a Mobile Crane Operator to their Team.  This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a company that offers compensation and benefits programs that are among the industry’s best. 

Custom Staffing Benefits: Weekly pay and benefits available.

Position: Mobile Crane Operator
Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:30pm-12am (Overtime and weekends as needed)
Pay: $22/hr


Key Responsibilities:

• Operating the crane under supervision.
• Loading and unloading scrap metal
• Inspecting the crane and baler to ensure its safety.
• Performing routine maintenance.
• Driving the crane within the worksite.
• Wearing PPE safety equipment.
• Cleaning and maintaining the crane.

• Active listening and critical thinking
• Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
• Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
   

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
• Prior experience operating heavy machinery and mobile crane experience
