3rd Bumperline Press Operator

Custom Staffing is seeking experienced and mechanically inclined Press Operators to work on large presses in the back of the plant. These are critical roles that require reliability, skill, and a strong mechanical background.

Schedule:

• 3rd shift 9:55pm-6am Sunday through Thursday
• Overtime: Must be willing to work overtime as needed (including weekends when required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating large metal stamping presses
• Monitoring production for safety, quality, and efficiency
• Performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments
• Following strict safety procedures, including lockout/tagout

Requirements:

• Metal stamping press operation experience OR strong mechanical experience required
  (Examples: professional experience working on vehicles or other mechanical equipment)
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn complex processes
• Willingness to work overtime is non-negotiable
• Reliable with strong attendance

Additional Information:

• This is a highly skilled area that can take 6+ months to fully learn
